Bad to the Bone is one of two biker stamp sets released this month, and they both work together beautifully for lots of different combinations. While these sets are great for your masculine card needs, they are easily made feminine just by changing the color. So here's my first Bad to the Bone girly girl biker card ;o).
I stamped the chopper with Memento black ink and colored it with copic markers.
I stamped the banner in black ink on the white card base. I also stamped the banner on a scrap piece of white card stock and stamped the sentiment inside it with purple ink. I hand cut this banner out but I didn't cut the tiny ribbon portions. I added foam tape to the back and placed it over the banner that was previously stamped on the card base. This way the little ribbon portions nicely matched up and the banner has nice dimension too.
One of the really cool things about these two sets are the "decals" that you can customize your bikes with. For this card I added the skull but there is also a flames, lightning bolt, ace of spades and a biker emblem that you can also use. These decals fit either bike from both stamp sets.
Likewise the skid marks in this Bad to the Bone set can match up with the Kickstart my Heart set too.
You can't see it in the photos but I put some clear Wink of Stella on the paint job for added girl power ;o). And for a final touch I added some chalk under the bike for some shadowing.
