Here's a bright and cheery card for a birthday or any kind of happy occasion. I made it using a brand new clear stamp set called "Flyby" and it's available now at Whimsy Stamps.
I sponged on some "salty ocean" distress ink around the edges of a light blue cardstock and used the Stitched Border Trio die to cut the "grass" from green cardstock. The top border was made using the Sunrays stencil and sponging on some "mustard seed" distress ink.
I stamped the blimp (or zeppelin if you prefer) and the clouds using Memento ink and colored them using Copic markers. The I fussy cut them all out and popped them (all but one cloud) up on foam tape.
The sentiment was stamped in Versafine black ink for fine detail.
