I LOVE Farmhouse decorating, my house is very Magnolia Farms Fixer Upper. Whimsy Stamps Farmhouse Collection has been so much fun to create and now I can't stop making farmhouse themed cards ;o).
this card is 5.25x5.25 square, I first stamped the Shiplap Background with a dark brown ink onto a brown card base. Then I cut a white Envelope Edger (love them!) for the top portion.
The Farmhouse Vases clear stamp set has several letters to create monograms or various words. The mini wreaths are meant to be used as the letter "O" and the @ sign can be used as the letter "A". So for this card I heat embossed the letters in silver embossing powder and used an olive ink for the the wreath.
I stamped the "welcome" sentiment with the same olive ink onto a small scrap of white, hand cut it out and popped it up on foam tape.
For the "grass" I used the new Straight Edgers die (love all those too!) and glued that to the bottom of the card. The cows where stamped in black and fussy cut out. And lastly I tied some ribbon from my stash around the top.
