Zombie Love Forever

and EVER and EVER and EVER...

How about another Zombie Licious card today...one can never have too many zombies can they?

My first step was to die cut the Wonky Window 2 twice, once from blue card stock and once from grey card stock. I didn't use the frame piece and I just rearranged the wonky pieces into a different layout...cool huh?!

I stamped the Zombie Licious hands onto Canson cold pressed watercolor paper and
used Distress inks to water color them.

Faded Jeans

Wilted Violet

Firebrick

Antique Linen

Hickory Smoke

Once it was dry I added a couple of highlights with a white gel pen and fussy cut them out.

I stamped the ZOMBIE word with Memento black ink and colored it with
Copic markers (BV13, BV34, B34, R83, and R85)
then I used the same Wonky Window 2 die and cut the word out with just the long strip portion. You can of course also do this step in reverse by cutting the die strip out first then stamping the word, and then coloring it.

To complete my card I stamped the sentiments onto the small wonky pieces and adhered all the pieces to a black card base. And popped the hands up with foam tape.

  2. Thanks Liz, love me some zombies ;). Send me an email via the contact form on the right side bar of my blog (towards the bottom). With you email address I can check to make sure you are "active" to receive emails when I post to my blog. Many people don't get emails because they don't click on the activation link that's sent via email immediately after you sign up. I have LOTS of subscribers that never see a post because they didn't do that when they first signed up and I can't activate them on my end.
