PAPER DOOR - Corny Candy Corn with Peanuts

This is one of my favorite projects I've made with the Corny Candy Corn PAPER DOOR kit.  This kit has lots of different treat bags, tags and boxes including these clear bags that I used for today's project.

I used watercolor paper to stamp the candy corns then water colored them with distress inks. Then I cut them out with their matching dies.
I also cut out two of the (middle sized) Tombstone Tags from black cardstock and from watercolor paper.  Then I washed on some distress ink on the white one so it would match with the tops of the candy corns.

There are a bunch of  candy corn face expressions that you can customize.  Some are cute, some funny, some grumpy, almost any expression you can think of can be made with this silly stamp set.

The last two words on this sentiment "you're welcome" is so applicable, trust me, even if you despise candy corn I think you just might change your mind if you try this recipe. (disclaimer: please do not try this recipe if you are allergic to any of its ingredients ;).

Finally I added my mixture to the clear treat bag and secured it with this (love) black and white striped ribbon.  If you want to make these treats for your family/friends you can get you Corny Candy Corns PAPER DOOR kit HERE.  It's only available until 9/25/18!

Let me know if you like the recipe!  Happy Halloween Season!

Thanks for stopping by...see you soon,
