I colored Polly with Copic markers and cut her out with the matching Paper Dolly Polly die set. The sentiment was punched out using a retired SU! punch and adhered with foam tape. I used a double stack of foam tape on Polly so she would have extra dimension.
For the shadow under her feet I made a stencil with an oval die and just sponged on some SU! basic grey ink. The polka dotted border is from a new Whimsy set called "Polka Dot Fun" and it not only has fun polka dot stamps but also lots of useful sentiments in a super cute font...check it out here.
