Is it Halloween yet?

Halloween is my favorite holiday and I often feel like Frank does in the card below.  At least he has a  nice hat to cover up his Franken Bad Hair Day! 

I colored everything with Copic markers and used the matching Franken Bad Hair Day dies to cut everything out.  I used a white gel pen on the bat balloon to add the eyes and highlight marks.

Frank's body is glued down on the card but his head is popped up on foam tape.  The sentiment was heat embossed with white embossing powder (And, I just noticed that I forgot to put the question and exclamation marks at the end of my sentiment.  DER.).  I also added two orange "summer breeze" enamel dots at the top right corner for just a little added color and balance.
