None of us like the reason we have to make these cards but having received them myself I know just how much they mean to someone grieving. I cut out some clouds with the Stitched Cloud die set and used them as a mask to sponge on the clouds for the background. Then I sponged around the edges of the clouds and glued them onto to the card. I used a q-tip and chalk to smudge on the rainbow.
I stamped the sweet little doggie from A Girl's Best Friend onto a scrap piece of white cardstock with Memento black ink. Then I colored him with Copic markers and used the matching A Girl's Best Friend die set to cut him out.
I stamped the sentiment with Versafine black ink (the best ink for detail) and popped the dog up with foam tape. Then mounted the card onto a black card base.
